How I setup this blog- Octorpresse Github.io, Custom Domain, theme

This blog is:

• Running Octopress
• Hosted on github.io with custom domain options
• Setup the DNS entries using namecheap
• Installed this theme: foxslide

All for the price of registering the domain at Goaddy.
